Tropical Palm, Koh Samui

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which offers great value for families looking to experience all that Koh Samui has to offer. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, and the service from the management team was exceptional. The location allowed us easy access to the beach and local attractions while providing a peaceful retreat. The dining experience was enjoyable, although I would have loved more variety. Overall, it's a fantastic place for families wanting comfort and convenience without breaking the bank.

I had a mixed experience at this resort. The owner and staff were exceptionally helpful, and the service was top-notch, making my stay more enjoyable. However, my first night was plagued by ants and a noisy air conditioner, which made it hard to sleep. Thankfully, the relocation to another room was smoother, but the location felt quite isolated without easy access to nearby attractions.
